Removed "Invalid Media Type error after partitioning drive" problem since it was my boot disk that was the problem (autoexec.bat tried to access drive C and the partition was unformatted).

    300300Known to happen with 0.90 dated 4-30-02 when using user defined LBA. Change FORMAT.EXE to newer. 0.91v dated 1-14-06 is known to work.

    303 This behavior is seen at least on IBM 5150, modded XTIDE, Hitachi 6GB microdrive and DOS 6.22 boot disk.
    304 It is unclear what the problem is. Just press A (abort) to continue. You can now format the drive normally.
